A. Processing of Your Personal Data, Its Purposes, and Legal Basis

1. Personal and Special Category Personal Data Processed Due to Accommodation and Services Provided

a. Identity information (name and surname, date of birth, national ID number, passport number), Contact Information (address, email address, phone number), Accommodation Information (room number), Customer Transaction (call center and hotel solution center records, request-complaint information, payment information, billing information), Physical Space Security (guest check-in and check-out records, security camera recordings, vehicle license plates).

b. This personal data is processed for the primary purposes of: performing accommodation transactions within the scope of the service contract between our customers and us, providing support during and after the service period, improving service quality, enabling communication, conducting customer relationship processes, providing personalized services to you, processing accommodation insurance transactions, conducting accounting, finance and legal processes, and enabling you to connect to the Wi-Fi network. The relevant personal data is processed under the legal bases of: being provided for in Laws (Tax Procedure Law, Identity Disclosure Law, Consumer Protection Law, Law No. 5651, and other applicable legislation), concluding and performing the contract, establishing and protecting a right, and being necessary for the data controller's legitimate interests, in accordance with PDPL Article 5/2.

2. Personal Data Processed for the Purpose of Sending Commercial Messages

Your identity (name, surname) and contact information (phone, email addresses), your preferences regarding your accommodation and services received, will be processed based on your explicit consent for the purposes of informing you about our campaigns, products, and services, and sending SMS messages, calls, emails, and commercial communications.

B. Method of Collection of Your Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through both automated and non-automated methods via forms filled out at reception, digital forms filled out on our websites, requests and communications during your accommodation at our hotel, online applications, cookies, digital forms, digital marketing technology tools, call center, mobile application, emails, search engines, third-party websites that share data with us based on your permission, social media channels, and physical locations through our agents, printed forms, our dealers, sales and marketing authorized personnel, our agencies, travel companies, tour operators membership forms, targeting, profiling, online behavioral advertising methods, and through our solution partners. The security camera recordings in the common areas of our hotel are monitored through a closed-circuit security camera system.

C. Transfer of Your Personal Data, Its Purposes, and Legal Basis

1. Transfer to Service Providers and Business Partners

Your personal data is shared with "Suppliers" and "Business Partners" with whom we maintain a business relationship and from whom we purchase services, limited only to this purpose, based on the legal bases for data processing under PDPL Article 5/2, including: being necessary for the data controller's legitimate interests, being necessary for concluding or performing a contract, being necessary for establishing, using, or protecting a right, and fulfilling legal obligations. For example, your personal data may be shared with: Attorneys in case of legal disputes, Accountants for financial obligations, Auditors in audit situations, Travel Agencies and Companies that arranged your reservation and booking, Banks when payment processing is required for accommodation payment transactions, Suppliers and Business Partners when external services are required for your accommodation and our services, our Group Companies, Affiliated Companies, and Subsidiaries when certain centrally procured services are provided, all limited to the purpose necessary for the transaction to take place.

2. Transfer to Authorized Public Bodies

Guest identification information and arrival-departure records are transferred to "General Law Enforcement Bodies" and "Turkish Statistical Institute" based on the legal basis of being provided for in Laws and the Company's fulfillment of its legal obligation, in accordance with Article 2 of the Identity Disclosure Law.

3. Transfer for Commercial Message Sending Purposes

Personal Data Processed for the Purpose of Sending Commercial Communications shall be shared based on your explicit consent with service providers used for CRM, SMS and e-mail delivery, and calls in order to send you commercial electronic messages regarding other products and services; with domestic and international software, server, agency, and service providers and data processors that provide the necessary services for our operations, including measurement, targeting, and profiling support.

4. Transfer to Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations

Your personal data is transferred to "Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations" based on the legal bases of: fulfilling legal obligations under PDPL Article 5/2, the Company fulfilling its obligations regarding the sharing of information and documents arising from legislation, and being necessary for establishing and protecting a right, when deemed necessary for the Company to exercise its rights. (For example: Courts, Police, Law Enforcement Agencies, Consumer Arbitration Boards)

5. Transfer of Health Data

Your health data is transferred to "Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations" when necessary, based on the legal basis of being necessary for protecting the physical integrity of a person who cannot express consent due to actual impossibility in the event of an emergency or mandatory health need, in accordance with PDPL Article 6/3. (State Hospitals, Police)

1. Your Data Subject Rights

To the extent that the Company processes your data, you have the rights stipulated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data regarding your personal data.

2. How to Exercise Your Rights

You can submit your requests under Article 11 of the Law, regarding the data subject's rights, in writing or using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, qualified electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address you previously provided and registered in our system, in accordance with the "Announcement on the Procedures and Principles for Submitting Requests to the Data Controller."
