This is a private apartment in a residential building, not a hotel. There is no reception, lobby, or on-site staff. Guests access the apartment through a self check-in system using a smart lock and key box, allowing you to arrive on your own after check-in time. 👥 Who Bliss Is Prepared For The apartment is set up only for the guests listed in the reservation. As required by local regulations, ID/passport details of all guests must be shared in advance. The apartment is not suitable for hosting extra visitors or overnight guests. ⏰ Arrival & Departure Check-in starts after 15:00 Check-out is by 11:00 Early check-in or late check-out requests must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability. These requests may be subject to an additional fee. Unannounced changes or unauthorized late check-out may result in extra charges. 🔥 Hot Water & Heating Bliss uses a natural gas combi boiler system. For safety reasons, it may be turned off between stays. If needed, you can turn it on and adjust the hot water or heating settings.
